Refund policy
- No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
- All returns and exchanges authorized by BONPRIX on undamaged products that have been opened but not used are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping fees.
- An item can be set aside without storage fees for a maximum of 3 months for new items and 2 months for as-is items. After this period, or in case of customer cancellation, Bonprix may, at its discretion, cancel the sale and retain an amount equivalent to 5% per month of the product value to cover part of the storage fees.
- You must ensure that the product has appropriate dimensions to allow the delivery personnel to perform their job safely and without constraints and that the product fits in the designated space. Otherwise, additional delivery fees will apply.
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- BONPRIX is not responsible for damages claimed after the pickup of as-is items.
- An unused extended warranty at the end of the service plan will be refunded at 100% in store credit.
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full 72 hours before delivery.
- In the event that the customer changes their mind, our return policy is 2 days, and transportation fees will apply. The product must not show any damage or signs of use and must be in its original condition.
- If the reason for the return is our responsibility, we will cover the shipping costs.
